LG Reveals World's First Transparent Mobile

Having introduced a selection of highly stylish phones, like the Prada and the Prada II as well as the lower end models like the KF600 and KF510, LG has taken a bold step in the design category by introducing yet another innovative and aesthetic concept in this transparent handset.

This crystal, glass-like phone proves that stylish design can be achieved not only with the use of vivid colors, but also by revealing the handset in its purest form. The LG-GD900 is expected to make a new fashion statement and I’m quite sure it will.

The LG-GD900 is scheduled for release during the second quarter of 2009 and the phone’s advanced features will be unveiled at that time.

Every once in a while, we get a cute little product, which makes us wonder whether the little speaker or video player can actually work at all.


The unit gives out 2.5 watts of sound, and weighs a mere 52 g. The frequency response is 100Hz – 20 kHz. The unit needs to be charged via USB port, and uses a mini USB in to charge.
